Nivida Chandra is a doctoral research scholar at IIT Delhi studying emotional parentification. She has a masters in psychology from the University of Delhi. She is also the co-founder of The Shrinking Couch, a website dedicated to mental health awareness. She is a Fulbright Nehru Doctoral Scholar at the Silver School of Social Work, NYU (2017-18).

Rukmini Bhaya Nair

Rukmini Bhaya Nair is Professor of Linguistics and English at of Humanities and Social Sciences department of IIT, Delhi. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge in 1982 and is internationally recognised for her work in the areas of linguistics, cognition and literary theory. In 2006, Nair received a second honoris causa doctoral degree from the University of Antwerp, Belgium.

Dr Maitri Chand

Dr. Maitri Chand has a Masters from the Univeristy of Houston & Doctorate from Florida State University. She is a clinical assistant professor at Mercer University Medical School, Georgia (USA). She has been practicing marriage and family therapy in India and the USA for almost two decades, and currently has a private practice and training center in New Delhi, India.

Madhvi Bhalla is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. She did her professional training in Counselling Psychology from London Metropolitan University and has worked with a number of mental health services in the UK. She has extensive experience in training and supervising clinical psychology modules. She has also taught both in India and London various academic and practical courses. She is currently an independent private mental health practitioner in New Delhi.
